Jason is our General Manager and resident Cigar Encyclopedia. Jason possesses an intimate knowledge about tobacco that will impress any cigar aficionado. Jason can tell you the wrapper, binder, and filler on any cigar you've ever heard of, and find the perfect cigar to fit your needs. All new blends of cigars will pass through Jason before you will find them on Havana Connections shelves to ensure only the best cigars are available to you for your smoking pleasure.

Bruce is our Short Pump Store Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Cigarette/Cigarillos Manager who smoked cigars twenty years before coming to Havana Connections in 1999. We have seen an explosive growth in demand for premium cigarettes and cigarillos under Bruce's watch. If you are looking for a new exotic cigarette, clove, or cigarillo, be sure to ask him to order you some. When not at the store, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and his two adorable daughters.

Bernie is our Swift Creek Store Manager and Pipe Tobacco Manager that has helped develop the extraordinary selection of our Shockoe Valley Pipe Tobaccos. Bernie (Bruce's brother) came to us about 4 years ago and is always looking for the best in both bulk and tinned tobaccos, Our resident pipe tobacco expert can help you find the perfect blend for your briar or meerschaum. If you don't find your favorite tobacco, Bernie will do his best to find an alternative or special order it for you.

Bob is Store Manager of our Midlothian Turnpike location. With six years of experience from his personal enjoyment of cigars, taking a recommendation from him is never a bad idea. Trained in wine under Dr. Joe Formica and a connoisseur and brewer of fine beer, Bob could say anything when you ask to pair your favorite cigar with a tasty beverage, from a rich aged port to a smoky dry rauchbier. When not in class or at work Bob likes to fish, read, and watch his favorite films.

Tim is our Westbury location Manager and became interested in cigars at a very young age. Living in close proximity to Tampa and Ybor city, he relished his trips to the Cuesta-Rey cigar factory. He can remember to this day the great aroma wafting from that facility. As manager of the Havana Connections Westbury location, he is now able to enjoy his lifelong passion; being around cigars and nice people.

Shorty opened Havana Connections as a kiosk in Regency Square Mall in 1997 after being frustrated not being able to find brands he liked in the cigar shops in Richmond With the success of the kiosk, Shorty opened our first store at the Westbury Shopping Center in 1998. With three successful shops and opening our fourth Havana Connections at the Village at Swift Creek in October 2004, he continues to offer his customers the best in service, selection, price and convenience.
